1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NexusOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities conducted under your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable healthcare regulations.

3. Permitted Use
NexusOps is provided for authorized healthcare operations management. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the platform for purposes outside its intended scope.

4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, AI models, and technology are the property of Philips Healthcare or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
Philips Healthcare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

1. Information We Collect
NexusOps collects information you provide during registration (name, email, organization), usage data (page views, feature interactions), and device/browser metadata for analytics and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve platform services, personalize your experience, send operational notifications, ensure system security, and comply with regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with Philips affiliates for service delivery, authorized sub-processors under strict data protection agreements, and law enforcement when legally required.

4. Data Retention & Security
Data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by contacting mostestautomation_2@philips.com.
